In our last trip to Italy I stood mesmerized in the laneways of Verona watching a master pasta maker handcraft each piece of ravioli one by one. There was something beautiful about his work, full of grace, rhythm and purpose, and as if everything flowed and time stood still.

As I recall my experience of the pasta maker I cannot but wonder what is it that makes our #work #flow. I am certain many hundreds of hours if not months and years of #practice, #continuouslearning, and a #loveforthework was probably the result of what I experienced as I stood in the laneway that day.

I am sure you have had a similar experience in your work or watching someone else work.

What stood out for you? What makes you flow?
