Data tells that only around 20% of the pipeline roles such as Group Executive, COO or CFO are held by women or have women in the succession plan.
Closing the Gender Pay Gap is a complex issue and requires careful attention to all the levers that make a difference.
Data tells us that the number one lever is accelerating women into leadership positions, not just one position such as the CEO, but every level in the company.
This doesn't happen overnight or with wishful thinking. It requires priming the talent pipeline many years in advance with gender balanced high potential talent that have the desire, capability and merit to perform at the highest levels.
